اين مقاله درباره مديريت بحران وبرنامه ريزي شهري مي باشد. اينكه در هنگام وقوع يك حادثه اي در شهر چه بايد كرد و چه اقداماتي بايد انجام داد وگروه مديريت بحران چه بايد بكند. ومديريت بحران بايد چه كارهايي را انجام دهد تا شهري محكم داشته باشيم. ارتباط مديريت بحران با برنامه ريزي شهري در چيست.
چکیده: در قرن اخیر یکی ازموضوعاتی که بیشتر کشورها وشهرهای جهان سوم با آن دست و پنجه نرم می کنند موضوع حوادث طبیعی است که با توجه به ماهیت غیرمترقبه بودن و اتخاذ سریع تصمیم ها واجرای عملیات وبرنامه ریزی برای آن دانشی به نام مدیریت بحران را به وجود آورده که امروزه در حوزه ی مدیریت شهری به آن توجه اساسی می شود. در برنامه ریزی شهری می توان با استفاده ازتوان های سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی به ترکیب کاربری ها،رعایت همجواری ها ،فضاهای باز،ساختار زمین شناسی وشناسایی نقاط حادثه خیزدست یافت که به طور یقین کمک بزرگی به مدیران برنامه ریزی شهری خواهد کرد یا حداقل می تواندازمیزان خسارات ناشی از مخاطرات طبیعی را بکاهد . هدف این مقاله این است که بتواند در چند صفحه تأثیر مدیریت بحران و نقش آن را در حوزه ی مدیریت شهری برای کاهش مخاطرات طبیعی را بیان کند. روش کار در این مقاله توصیفی – تحلیلی بوده و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات و داده از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است.
